You may hold only one active account on bkhoki. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, including winnings. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all related accounts without prior notice.
You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you are responsible for updating your account settings accordingly. bkhoki is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.
bkhoki supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept payments in foreign currencies.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your bkhoki account within seconds for e-wallets and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected or refunded.

If we detect suspicious activity, including but not limited to frequent deposits and withdrawals without wagering, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. bkhoki does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the minimum amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in the bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
bkhoki reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all funds forfeited.
New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is typically a 100% match up to a specified maximum amount (e.g., Rp 2.000.000). To qualify, your first deposit must meet the minimum deposit requirement stated in the welcome bonus terms. All bets are final once confirmed. All sports betting markets are subject to the official rules of the respective sport and league. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried over depending on the specific sport's rules, which are published in our sportsbook betting rules section.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of odds, results, and account balances, technical errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, bkhoki reserves the right to void affected bets, correct balances, and take any other action necessary to remedy the error.
You may close your bkhoki account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bonuses or pending bets, those will be forfeited upon closure. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
bkhoki reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, underage gambling, or any other activity that we determine to be harmful to the integrity of the platform.
If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or adjustments.
